Join us in congratulating Julie Zurakowski, AIA, LEED AP, on her promotion to Principal!

An accomplished designer and respected project manager, Julie typifies collaboration and a listening-driven approach to her work. She is, in equal measure, an unwavering advocate for our clients and the design process. Since joining the firm in 2006, Julie has grown to be an essential, integral leader on many projects which define Anderson Mason Dale Architects.

Julie’s accomplishments span the spectrum of AMD’s portfolio, including the CSU Spur Terra building, MSU Denver’s AES building, multiple projects at CMC’s Spring Valley Campus, and managing the firm’s first net zero project, the Campus Safety Building at CU Anschutz. Her current work, including the Mines Residence Hall VII and Arapahoe Community College, will continue strengthening AMD’s expertise in higher education and public work.

"Julie is a model of skilled leadership, relationship building and design-driven solutions. She is an extraordinary collaborator, teammate, mentor, and colleague. We are so fortunate and proud to have Julie’s leadership at the core of our studio at Anderson Mason Dale." - David Pfeifer, AIA, President
