The Hub at Anschutz Health Sciences Building

The mixed-use Anschutz Health Sciences Building (AHSB) furthers the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus' trajectory as one of the world's leading medical care, translational research, and educational facilities. Integral to the success of this new interdisciplinary building is The Hub — a tenant improvement project creating a flexible office environment with much-needed workstations and collaboration spaces.

Intended for mostly clinical faculty who do not have an assigned office, this modern space offers comfort, amenities, diverse workspaces, and regeneration options, with innovative technology and equitable access to daylight and views.

The Hub AHSB provides 23 reservable private offices with glazed fronts, two collaboration spaces, and 58 workstations, as well as a shared copy/print area. Clinical faculty have 24/7 access to workspaces, telehealth offices, teleconferencing spaces, day-use lockers, cable television, sleep pods, soft seating, Wi-Fi connectivity, and concierge service.
