REV 360

Located in the rapidly developing River North Arts District (RiNo), Rev 360 is a five-story mixed use office building with an adjacent 500-car parking structure. Providing office, retail, and parking, Rev 360’s contextual design approach, incorporation of large-scale murals by local and nationally-renowned artists, and inclusion of workplace amenities responds directly to its neighborhood while providing flexible, 21st century workspaces.

Levels two through five are designed flexibly as single or multi-tenant office floors with outdoor balconies. Level one boasts spaces for restaurant and other retail tenants, creating amenities that serve the neighborhood and building occupants. The lobby is a third place, with seating groupings adjacent to retail and food service that supports informal collaboration, work, and socializing.

The building’s primary façade faces Brighton Boulevard, a recently improved pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular thoroughfare that connects Lower Downtown with the National Western Complex, a burgeoning redevelopment project. Once an industrial corridor characterized by metal-clad warehouse buildings and billboards, the façade design translates the two-dimensionality and graphic concept of a billboard into a cohesive gesture. Appearing held off from the building with metal posts, a panelized metal façade plays with variation in color, texture, opacity, and transparency to create an engaging interplay with the building users animating the façade and urban life at street level.
