675 South Broadway is a mixed-use office building proposed as part of Broadway Park, a master-planned, transit-oriented development that combines retail, residential, cultural, and office functions. Broadway Park’s development draws from the legacy of the existing design center and Bauhaus movement, anchored by the sculptural centerpiece, Herbert Bayer’s “Articulated Wall.” Located in a mid-urban site between South Denver and Downtown, the building creates a dynamic image along one of Denver’s most active streets, South Broadway.

The building’s design responds to contextual elements while celebrating mountain and city views. Office floors boldly present themselves to South Broadway, revealing their cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction, wrapped in a crafted metal and glass skin. The refined architectural language echoes Bauhaus tradition and responds to the unique mid-urban scale. A top floor terrace connects to views of Pike’s Peak to the south and downtown and Long’s Peak to the north. Balconies on each floor provide indoor-outdoor connectivity for all tenants.

The building is strategically positioned between downtown and important outpost communities, located at a powerful convergence of multi-modal transportation. 675 South Broadway is the front door to Broadway Park’s office precinct; at once ubiquitously accessible and visible from the interstate as well as arterial roads and bike paths. Without the burden of downtown rents, 675 South Broadway commands a prominent address while providing tenants with brand visibility and state-of-the-art workspaces and amenities.
