This new 148-bed residence hall is the first of a series of buildings forming a new residential precinct along the eastern edge of the campus that will embrace the importance of the outdoors that defines the culture of the campus.

The hall includes single bed suites and academic spaces, forming an active living/learning environment for students.

The new academic spaces within the residence halls support the growth of the College’s outdoor sports activity curriculum and have become a much-needed amenity for student recruitment.

Efforts included master planning of the precinct in conjunction with the design of the first building.
