  • 2004
  • in association

The residential village at Creighton University houses 261 students in apartments for two or four students. Opened in the fall of 2004, this is among the first projects (along with the new soccer stadium) completed within the framework of thea new master plan for the campus. The apartments provide students with single bedrooms, full kitchens and living rooms.

This 113,000 square foot project occupies the site of a recently demolished apartment tower on the corner of 21st and Webster Streets. The architecture takes its cue from the nearby – turn of the century, red brick Campion House. The village atmosphere provides students with both the independence of living off campus and the convenience and social opportunities of living on campus.

The project is designed to support Creighton’s mission of developing students with a commitment to their community, including both the University and the surrounding city of Omaha.
