The leading edge program for DU’s Daniels College of Business includes state-of-the-art spaces for a large undergraduate student population with gracious accommodation of graduate and executive education programs. Additional conference capabilities support the University’s important mission of community outreach.

Well proportioned tiered case study classrooms were developed based on a national review of effective precedents and a full scale semester-long mock-up tested by actual classes. Other spaces include high-end executive facilities, a center for managerial communication, and a large commons area serviced by a coffee shop and catering kitchen.

The new building frames the eastern edge of “Graduation Green” at the intersection of South University Boulevard and Evans Avenue; University Hall to the south and the Margery Reed building to the north form the other edges of the green. The tower of the new building anchors the east end of the axis of the Pioneer Plaza to the west of the Green.

The building features a brick color and pattern that complement two important nearby buildings. Reflections of their delicate stonework, color and pattern, accent its openings.

Three tiers of underground parking are concealed beneath the building with discreet access at the northeast corner of the building.
